The Strato method is principally new method for producing nonwovens. The fibers are oriented vertically instead of horizontally as in the traditional nonwovens. In this way the strato material achieves maximum resilience and recovery after compression. The strato products are produced by needlepunching method without chemical brace.The materials are especially designed the furniture producing industry for manufacture of mattresses and soft furniture stuffing.
